What we install

We handle flooring removal, subfloor preparation, and installation for residential projects across the Triangle. We work with all major flooring types and can coordinate with our electrical team if you need in-floor heating.

  • Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) — The most popular choice in Triangle homes right now. Waterproof, durable, and available in realistic wood-look finishes.
  • Hardwood — Solid and engineered. Oak, maple, hickory, walnut. Site-finished or pre-finished.
  • Porcelain and ceramic tile — Bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, laundry rooms. We handle layout, cutting, setting, and grouting.
  • Natural stone — Marble, travertine, slate. Precision cuts and proper sealing.
  • Carpet removal — We remove old carpet, pad, and tack strips as part of any flooring project.

What’s included

Every flooring project includes removal of existing flooring, subfloor assessment and repair, moisture testing (critical for slab-on-grade homes), transition strips, and a thorough cleanup.

For tile projects in wet areas (bathrooms, showers), we include proper waterproofing membrane installation — this isn’t optional, it’s code.

Frequently asked questions

Installed pricing in the Triangle: LVP runs $4–$8/sq ft, hardwood $8–$15/sq ft, porcelain tile $8–$14/sq ft, natural stone $12–$25/sq ft. These include material, removal of old flooring, subfloor prep, and installation.
A single room takes 1–2 days. A full main level (800–1,200 sq ft) takes 3–5 days including removal and prep. Tile is slower than LVP or hardwood due to setting and grouting time.
