Who we are
Peri Remodel is a licensed general contracting, electrical, and plumbing company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We’ve served the Triangle since 2016 — Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding cities in Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Johnston, and Franklin counties.
We’re not a franchise, not a referral network, and not a platform that dispatches strangers to your door. We’re a single company with our own crew, our own trucks, and our own licenses.
Three licenses, one company
Most contractors hold one license and subcontract the rest. We hold all three:
- General Contractor — NCLBGC #87341
- Electrical Contractor — NC Electrical #28-LA-9214
- Plumbing Contractor — NC Plumbing #P1-22847
This means every trade on your project answers to the same company. No finger-pointing between subs, no scheduling gaps waiting for someone else’s crew, and one warranty covering the entire job.
How we work
Every project follows the same process — whether it’s a $1,500 water heater swap or a $75,000 kitchen remodel:
- You tell us about the project. Call, email, or fill out the form.
- We walk the job and write a detailed estimate. Line items, materials, timeline, exclusions — in writing, before any work starts.
- Same crew, every day. We don’t rotate crews or send whoever’s available. Your crew is your crew.
- Final walkthrough and warranty. We don’t consider a job done until you’ve signed off. Every project ships with our written workmanship warranty.
Insurance and credentials
- General liability insurance — current, on file
- Workers’ compensation — current, on file, covering every crew member
